In president Obama’s speech tomorrow he is most likely to use these components, neither of us is familiar with Obama’s past speeches so these are very quite raw predictions 
tone: inspirational, sentimental, serious, urgent, and commanding.
audience: essentially “the world” – americans as well as the international community. both politicians and laypersons
we predict he will use the following:
-allusions
-anaphoras
-parallelism
-repetition: maybe some slogans that he used.
-ethos.logos.pathos
we believe his aim will be to persuade people that they have made the right decision in electing him as president, encourage and motivate people who are concerned with the many global problems, inspire faith in the USA, propose exactly what it is that he believes needs to be done, and of course, remark on the state of the union.
